The Private Bank recently attended the exclusive and much anticipated OC Metro ‘Hot 25′ event at the Island Hotel in Newport Beach. The Hot 25 List includes Orange County honorees that abound with talent and personality, making their community a special place to explore new frontiers, launch new ideas and grow businesses. This highly successful group of movers and shakers is spotted and tracked by OC Metro through Facebook, LinkedIn, various news blogs and nominations received from fellow supporters.  The event was narrated by Steve Churm, founder of Churm Media, who owns and operates OC Metro and OC Family.Hot 25

“We were thrilled to attend this exclusive event and to show our support for the Orange County honorees, who are leaders in the community,” said David Cobb, Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of the Orange County branch office.  “It was interesting to learn about the backgrounds of each of the honorees and to better understand what motivated them to achieve success over the years.”

Once narrowed down from 100 candidates to 50, the Hot 25 list is finalized to 25 of the most impressive and influential people in Orange County.  Among the impressive honorees were: Dan Griesemer, President and CEO of Tilly’s Inc., who heads a profitable company that garnered $124 million in its IPO; Aaron Kushner and Eric Spitz, CEO and Publisher / President of Freedom Communications OC Register, who intend to save a company and an entire industry; Bill Trefethen, CEO of Daphne’s California Greek Restaurants, who applied his vision and financial acumen to turn around a restaurant chain; and Paul Walters, City Manager of Santa Ana, who helped save Santa Ana from financial insolvency.

The Bank congratulates all the 2012 Hot 25 honorees.  For a full lineup of the honorees, visit OCmetro.com.
